At Wok Chef, we take pride in the quality of our food and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please read our refund policy below:
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to rectify the issue either by replacing the incorrect item or offering a suitable alternative or refund. You may be asked to return the item in its original packaging.
Missing Items
Should any items be missing from your order, please inform us immediately. Once we confirm the error, we will either issue a refund for the missing items or arrange for them to be delivered if feasible.
Quality Concerns
If you believe the food you received does not meet our usual standards, please get in touch within 1 hour of delivery or collection. We may request photos or a return of the food for inspection. If a problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time of being placed. Once food preparation has started, we may be unable to cancel the order or issue a refund. Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
